"Inarizushi"

I like "inarizushi."
This is a one of the Japanese traditional food.

My grandmother sometimes made it for me.

It was made from seasoned deep-fried bean curd(It called "aburaage" in japan) and rice seasoned with vinegar and sugar.

I heard "Inari" means one of the Japanese God's name.
And fox is a servant of "Inari-God ."

"Aburaage" is a most favorite food for fox so this sushi called "inarizushi."
This is origin of "inarizushi."

Last friday, I went to supermarket and saw "aburaage."
Then I think want to eat "inarizushi" suddenly.
So the next day I made it.

Have you ever make meat ball?

Meat ball is popular food in box lunch.

But I think many people use retort type.

Recipe for meat ball is similer to hamburger steak.

1. Mince an onion and heat it with microwave oven for two minutes. And cool down.

2. Knead minced meat with salt and pepper.

3. Pour an egg little by little in 2 and mix.

4. Put bread crumbs that mixed with milk in 3.

5. Put 1 in 4 and make small ball .

6. Fly 5 with frying pan.

7. Make a sauce from ketchup and worceter sauce and sake and soy sauce.

Making meat ball will take time.

But it is not difficult.

So let' s try it and make a box lunch!!
