Nikujaga

This picture is "nikujaga."

I made it but it was little failure because this "nikujaga" was too thin taste.

"Nikujaga" is Japanese home cooking.

Your mother or other family maybe made it for you.

In my home, my groundfather growing potatoes.

So paticularly in fall, my groundmother often made it for me.

We can made it from beef and some vegitable.

Leftovers vegitable is also ok!

So if you left carrot or potato or onion or some other vegitables, please try to make "nikujaga."
